From handwritten notes
to useful next steps.
BOOX Notes is a personal n8n automation app designed to process notes exported from a BOOX device to Google Drive, then organize summaries, tasks and archive records in Notion.

Notes are exported to Google Drive.
Google Drive
n8n accesses note files using the owner’s Google authorization.
AI processing
Note content is processed into summaries and suggested tasks.
Notion
Outputs are organized into task and archive records.
Why Google Drive access?
The workflow needs access to read note files and relevant file metadata, such as names and identifiers. Depending on the configured workflow, it may also move processed files into archive folders.
The files targeted by a workflow and the permissions granted by Google are different things. A selected notes folder does not necessarily limit the OAuth permission to that folder.
A personal tool.
A separate home.
This site explains the personal BOOX Notes app. It does not provide a sign-in service or process notes in your browser. The automation runs separately in n8n.
It is separate from the future bruhtal.com business website and from the n8n.bruhtal.com automation endpoint. This site does not act as an OAuth callback.
BOOX, Google Drive, n8n and Notion are referenced to describe the workflow; this page does not claim endorsement by those services.
